PROGRAM COORDINATOR ASSISTANT

 

  • Mission: The student. e, within the Sports and Programs department, will support the implementation of actions on the ground in collaboration with local partners.
    Reporting to the Field Program Coordinator and the Director of Sports and Programs, he/she ensures the functional relations with the implementing partners. He/she works with the operational program coordinators and project managers who coordinate projects and activities.

PROJECT ASSISTANT PARTNERSHIPS & BRAND

 

  • Mission: Under the supervision of both the Partnerships& Brand Manager, your main missions will be:

    PARTNERSHIPS - PROSPECTION AND ACTIVATION PARTNERSHIPS
    - Development and Prospecting: Research, Benchmark, Formalization of commercial tools
    - Assist in the identification and prospecting of new partner companies
    - Contribution to the mobilization of partners and the private sector on the occasion of the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace (April 6)
    - Contribution to the implementation of events or activities in collaboration with partners

    BRANDING – BRAND PROTECTION AND TOOLS
    - Contribution to the development of brand guidelines
    - Creation and updating of presentations and digital content

    INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT – PEACE AND SPORT REPRESENTATIVE OFFICES
    - Contribution to the opening of Peace and Sport offices internationally (LatinAmerica)
    - Support for the action plan: Tools production, Coordination with internal departments to support the entity

  • Duration: 4-6 months from January 2025 -Full time (39 hours per week).
